Possible Tornado Spotted in Richmond, Virginia

Clouds swirled in Richmond, Virginia, on September 17 as the National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for the area.

The Richmond-Times Dispatch reported multiple alleged tornado sightings and damage from the storms, which could be caused by Tropical Depression Florence as it sped across the Mid-Atlantic states after ravaging the Carolinas.
