Record flooding from Waccamaw River swallows surrounding Carolina communities

These aerials show the extent of the flooding from the Waccamaw River to surrounding communities in North Carolina and South Carolina. The river has already crested at record levels and it's expected to rise to as high as 22 feet on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
