Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputies and other first responders rescued a man from a car that had exited Interstate 75 near Seffner, Florida, and sunk into a retention pond on Thursday, September 27.
Patch reported the driver was able to climb onto the roof of the sunken vehicle and was helped onto dry ground using a ladder.
