The last rites of Apple's sales manager Vivek, who had been shot in Lucknow Police's bullet, were done in Baikundhdham. To join the funeral, the state's Law Minister Brajesh Pathak and Technical Education Minister Ashutosh Tandon also arrived. Both cabinet ministers met the victim's family and assured them justice.
