Ambassadors of two Koreas meet in Germany

South Korea's ambassador to Germany and his North Korean counterpart have met for the third time this year in Berlin.
They were taking part in a special event for the Free University of Berlin's Institute of Korean Studies.
Seoul's envoy Chung Beom-goo and Pyeongyang's envoy Park Nam-young were all smiles, exchanging casual pleasantries while sharing an umbrella.
Park praised the two Koreas' efforts to work towards a nuclear-free peninsula, highlighting the significance of the Pyeongyang Declaration.
