Man nabbed in Singapore for alleged upskirt act

A 29-year-old man was arrested on Oct 17 after a woman accused him of attempting to take upskirt videos and photos along Simei Road in Singapore. The alleged victim said in a Facebook post that she was walking home when she found a man bent down with his phone to take videos and photos of her.
