Muzaffarpur shelter home rapes: Manju Verma absconding, SC says 'all is not well in Bihar'

Bihar Government has told Supreme Court that former cabinet minister Manju Verma, who resigned after Muzaffarpur shelter home rape case came into light, has gone into hiding and could not be traced out by police in a case lodged against her arms act. The Supreme Court replied expressing their concerns and said that all is not well in Bihar.
