According to SF Gate, former “Fixer Upper” stars Chip and Joanna Gaines are partnering up with Discovery to launch their own television network. Chip Gaines says most of it will be filmed in Waco, Texas - the couples hometown and the setting of 'Fixer Upper,' which was HGTV’s top-rated series for years.
