Azad: Congress planning to form alliance govt. in Jammu and Kashmir

Senior cong leader Ghulam Nabi Azad has said that talks for alliance formation are on in the Jammu and Kashmir. He says that many parties are involved in these discussions though nothing concrete has been arrived at yet.
