Raj Babbar hits below the belt; mocks PM Narendra Modi's nonagenarian mother

Referring to the rising petrol, diesel price and falling rupee, Raj Babbar said the Prime Minister proved to be ill-fated. He further added that the rupee was falling below the age of his Modi ji's mother.
