Sen. Jon Kyl to resign, Gov. Ducey reportedly favoring McSally as successor

Sen. Jon Kyl will resign from the U.S. Senate on December 31, leaving Gov. Doug Ducey with the decision on another appointment to fill the seat previously held by John McCain.
