Trump: It's up to the Democrats...it's the Democrats' shutdown

"It is up to the democrats. So it's really the democrats' shutdown. We have done our thing" says US president Donald Trump, adding "we're totally prepared for a very long shutdown." A midnight Friday deadline looms to approve funds to keep the US government up and running.
