Restaurant Manager Throws Chair At Black Customer: 'I'm Not Trying To Be Racist'

A restaurant manager threw a chair at a black customer and claimed he got "defensive" at the sight of a black man because he allegedly had to "fight off" other, different black men on a separate occasion at the restaurant.
