Boy dies in container fire in Penang

An eight-year-old boy was killed after he was trapped inside a container which caught fire in Kampung Jawa, Butterworth on Sunday.

Firemen found the charred remains of Muhammad Saifuddin Ali Subahan after putting out the flames at 12.40pm.

The container was located in a playground along Jalan Bahagia and was used to store scrap.
