बस ड्राइवर का नाम इरेना आइविक है। वो अमेरिका की बस सेवा मिल्वौकी काउंटी ट्रांजिट सेवा में कार्यरत है।अधिकारियों ने बताया कि बच्ची की मां को मानसिक बीमारी है, जिस वजह से वह बच्ची का ध्यान नहीं रख पाई होगी।काउंटी ट्रांजिट बस सेवा ने बच्ची को उसके पिता से मिलवाया।
