Not enough done for startups in the budget : Anil Joshi

In an interview with Livemint, Anil Joshi, Managing Director, Unicorn India Ventures says that not enough has been done for startups in the budget. On the positive side, initiatives like AI and digitization of villages will open up opportunities but a non - mention of abolishment of angel tax is a disappointment.
