Bhima Koregaon Case: Accused cannot be granted bail, no relief for Surendra Gadling & 4 others

Supreme Court has not given any relief to the Bhima Koregaon accused Surendra Gadling and 4 others. The court said that the charge sheet was not filed in due time, hence they do not deserve a bail. The SC was hearing a plea by the maharashtra government in the case.
