Theresa May meets Donald Tusk amid Brexit stalemate

The prime minister met European Council President Donald Tusk on Sunday, the opening day of the EU-League of Arab States summit in Sharm el Sheikh. Theresa May has ruled out putting a “meaningful vote” on Brexit to the Commons this week, admitting she will not get a deal in time to put it to Parliament, but insisted one would be held by 12th March.
