But while the government is trying to plug the leaks in the system, why were they there in the first place? Questions are being raised over why the Delhi Police Commissioner hasn't been removed from his post especially since crimes like rape seem to only be mounting with passing day in the national capital. Why aren't the Delhi Police being held accountable?
