TN Chaturvedi Condemns UPA Govt. for Misusing Loan Waiver Scheme

The Comptroller and Auditor General has found - in preliminary findings given to the Finance Ministry - that benefits of the much touted loan waiver scheme for poor farmers - has been cornered by ineligible people.
