Juvenile Justice Board has imposed Murder,Rape and Sack Charges.

In a much awaited decision, today Juvenile Justice Board imposed Murder, Rape and Sack Charges against the Culprit involved in the murder of the Rape Victim "Damini" (Jyoti). The decision was pending due to the culprit being minor.
