PM's media advisor resigns, Pankaj Pachauri in

PM media advisor Harish Khare resigned today, after Harish Khare resigned. Journalist Pankaj Pachauri has taken up the post of communications advisor in the PMO. This is the third time the media advisor has been changed by the PMO.
