Durga Shakti Nagpal: PM breaks silence

India News : As the Uttar Pradesh government charge sheeted IAS officer Durga Sakti Nagpal, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday said the Centre is in touch with the state authorities on the issue and that laid down rules will be followed.
