Gulbarga massacre case: Kapil Sibal slams slow court process- NewsX

Kapil sibal has reacted on Gujarat court order, he says that he is saddened at the slow pace of court process. He even adds that there are innocent people who are awaiting justice from the court system for the last 10 years now. He says that issues regarding investigation has also not been decided in 10 years time.
