Himachal CM, Army in battle over Shimla ground - NewsX

The Army Chief has tried to play down the standoff over the Annandale ground in Himachal Pradesh. Accepting the Western Command's fault in escalating the dispute, General VK Singh said he would speak to chief minister P K Dhumal and resolve the issue.
