The CBI made their 15th arrest in the UP NRHM scam. Former UP Principle health secretary, Pradeep Shukla, was arrested in Lucknow, while he was about to board a plane for Delhi. Shukla is said to be close to jailed former UP minister - and a prime accused in the scam - Babu Singh Kushwaha.
