In another twist to the much controversial AAP minister sex scandal case, the woman, allegedly seen in the video, has now lodged a complaint against the sacked AAP minister Sandeep Kumar.
The woman has alleged that she was called there wrongly for the work of ration card and was later offered a drink, which was intoxicated. It was after the intoxication, that the act was recorded.
The complaint has been filed at Sultanpuri police station in the national capital.
