Narendra Modi addressing rally in Muzaffarpur of Bihar

BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi today addressed a "Hunkaar Rally" here amidst tight security.

A man was detained by local police yesterday while taking videos of the rally venue with a camera.

The rally was held at Sahara maidan in Patiasa here. Nearly 900 policemen were deployed at Muzaffarpur junction, with five magistrates on duty at the rally venue.

In view of terror threat, the National Investigation Agency on Sunday released photos of 11 absconding terrorists, with an IB alert saying that terrorists may target heavily populated sections of the city during the rally.

The NIA had even made its e-mail ID, and cellphone number helpline public to seek info about terrorists.
