Chhota Rajan was to be brought back to India tonight by a special chartered flight. Now the effort would be to put him on the plane at the earliest, possibly tomorrow, after the volcano stops spewing ash. He is likely to be flown to Delhi, not Mumbai, and will be in the CBI’s custody. While Rajan looks rather jaded, he has not lost some of his zing and alleged that Mumbai Police have links with underworld don and terrorist Dawood Ibrahim.
