Qatar distributes funds to Palestinians in Gaza after flareup

Hundreds of Palestinians wait at a post office in Gaza City to receive cash payments from the country of Qatar which began the distribution of millions of dollars worth of cash aid in a fresh bid to restore calm after a flareup with Israel.
