Rahul Gandhi offers to resign as Congress president; Lok Sabha Election Results 2019

Congress president Rahul Gandhi has conceded defeat in the Lok Sabha elections 2019. Sources also told that the Congress chief held a meeting with senior party leaders where he proposed to resign.
