Aadhaar, adultery and Sabarimala entry: Here is why the 3 landmark judgements are important

The Supreme Court passed three landmark judgments this week --- It declared the Aadhaar constitutionally valid but with few riders. The apex court declared that adultery was no longer a criminal offence. The top court also ended an age-old ban on the entry of women between 10 and 50 years into the Sabarimala temple in Kerala.
