Manila Mayor Isko Moreno expresses dismay while inspecting the Bonifacio Shrine just across the Manila City Hall fuming with human waste on Monday.

Mayor Isko: ‘Sa likod ni Bonifacio may tae, sa paanan ni Bonifacio may tae na katabi ng opisina ng alkalde.’
