U.S. soldiers race against time bagging sandbags for Barry

As Barry continues to strengthen during its approach to the Louisiana coast, U.S. soldiers are on a race against time bagging sandbags in order to protect local homes and businesses in Port Sulfur, Louisiana on July 12.
