Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman told the press on Friday that the Cabinet made a collective decision to extend the operating licence Lynas Malaysia by six months.
He spoke to reporters after speaking at a climate change hackathon event in Sunway.
Lynas’ licence was originally due to expire on Sept 2.
