Roxas, Purisima inspect Laguna detention facility

MANILA -- Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas and Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Alan Purisima arrived at Fort Sto. Domingo in Sta. Rosa, Laguna Saturday noon.
