Luy names heads of Napoles NGOs

MANILA - Whistle-blower Benhur Luy on Thursday named the heads of several non-governmental organizations set up by businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles. Luy said he and several Napoles aides, including a driver, were named presidents of the foundations. The whistle-blower has accused Napoles of setting up fake NGOs to serve as conduits of pork barrel funds of lawmakers. ANC, September 12, 2013
