MANILA - As the Senate Blue Ribbon committee engages the Office of the Ombudsman in a tug-of-war over Janet Lim Napoles, UE College of Law Dean Amado Valdez thinks the committee should just allow the Ombudsman to finish its own investigation on the pork barrel scam first.
