Bad weather won't stop Napoles arraignment

MANILA - Strong rains brought about by the enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat) will not stop the scheduled arraignment of businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles at the Makati Regional Trial Court today, a spokesman of the Philippine National police said Monday.
