Palace frowns at Guingona's scolding of de Lima

MANILA -- Malacañang frowned at the way Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Chairman TG Guingona scolded Justice Secretary Leila de Lima for not bringing the whistleblowers to the pork barrel scam hearing today.
