Brillantes casts vote in just 2 min

MANILA - Commission on Elections Chairman voted early in Barangay BF Homes in Parañaque City on Monday. He finished his ballot in just 2 minutes and is now making the rounds in polling precincts. He told reporters he only voted for a barangay chairman and 2 councilors. He urged voters to cast their votes early. ANC HEADSTART, October 28, 2013
