PH growth could weaken to 4.1 percent in Q4

The economy could weaken in the fourth quarter to grow at the slowest pace in 2 years after typhoon “Yolanda” destroyed farms and businesses in the Visayas and due to the disruptions caused by “Pablo” and the “Bohol” earthquake.
