Enrile defends martial law record, Gigi Reyes

MANILA - Senate Minority Leader Juan Ponce Enrile on Wednesday defended his record during the martial law years as well as his former chief of staff, Gigi Reyes, following a stinging attack from his political nemesis, Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago.
