Henares stands firm on tax on bonuses

Lawmakers are talking about reducing the tax on 13th month pay. But Bureau of Internal Revenue commissioner Kim Henares stood firm against any move that will cut taxes in one area if there's no proposal to raise them in another. Atom Araullo reports.
