Moro rebels agree to give up guns

Government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front are now closer to forging peace and "healing the wounds of conflict" in Mindanao. The MILF has agreed to silence their guns. In return, government is willing to offer, among others, amnesty MILF fighters.
