Guingona: I didn't prejudge Estrada

MANILA -- Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Chairman Teofisto "TG" Guingona on Tuesday denied that he had "prejudged" his colleague, Senator Jinggoy Estrada, in the committee's probe on the multi-billion peso pork barrel scam.
