SC issues new TRO on Meralco's December rate hike

Meralco will not be able to collect its proposed rate hike for December, after it was again stopped by the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, a militant group wants the court to resolve once and for all whether there was collusion among industry players. Ada Sibayan reports. Mornings@ANC, April 23, 2014
