At least 7 dead in Basilan clashes vs Abu Sayyaf

At least 7 people are killed in clashes between government troops and Abu Sayyaf members in Basilan. Two soldiers are among the dead while the Abu Sayyaf has five fatalities. But AFP public information office chief Lt. Col. Ramon Zagala said there are reports of more fatalities on the side of the bandits. So far, 28 soldiers have been wounded in the exchange.
