Pinoy designer creates water lily gowns

Water lilies used to be considered a nuisance as they could clog drainage systems and cause the Las Piñas-Zapote river to overflow. But some enterprising Filipinos have found good use for water lilies, providing livelihood for Las Piñas residents.
