Family's home flooded by Hurricane Florence revisited one year later

It's been a year since Hurricane Florence caused historic flooding in North and South Carolina. Recovery is ongoing as homes are still being repaired. One family that was featured last year with around five feet of water in their house is back living there. The property has been fixed but emotionally it's not that easy.
